The high ceilings in my room created an open, airy feel. The cozy atmosphere. Plus, the location couldn't be better for accessing local attractions right around the corner!

New-fashioned and nice styled room with balcony, good bathroom, as example, and there's public parking onsite, if you travel by car.

We were in Genoa for 5 days, had really good stay, the hotel was clean with nice and unbeatable location near the Oberbaum bridge. Location: the venue was close to Edoardo Chiossone Museum of Oriental Art, landmarks such as statue of Vittorio Emanuele II and monument of Giuseppe Mazzini, and the train station.

The location of NH Genova Centro is perfect for exploring the city. It's a short walk to the old town and Piazza Principe station. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, kept super clean throughout my stay. The continental breakfast had a good variety, helped kick off my day of sightseeing. The room felt quite compact, and the shower was tricky to access. There was noticeable street noise and disturbances from the hotel itself at night, which affected sleep quality. I also encountered an issue with the bathroom door not opening fully due to the toilet placement. They should address the soundproofing for better comfort.

its handy location

we had a pre dinner drink in the bar on saturday night, 2 vodka & 1 coca cola, the charge was e24... even compared to london or new york 5 star hotel prices we felt it was scandelous...

Very close to the center and well communicated by bus. Muy cerca del centro y bien comunicado en autobus.

I give 10 / 10 with pleasure. The staff has been so thoughtful. I was given a great family room with excellent amenities. I have rested like I never did in a year, and my kids slept comfortably in separate beds. Everything was perfect as I entered the room 😄

convenient for city centre reception staff seemed at first rather dour but Rafaella very helpful and actually smiled...

Beautiful old building, wonderful floors of marmore, a nice place do stay.

They don´t offer free internet, wich is bad to a hotel of this kind.

Charming Stay with Convenient Location

I enjoyed my stay with friendly staff ready to help. The location made exploring Genoa easy, especially with the quick walk to the station. Make sure to enjoy the continental breakfast-it's a great start to the day! Rooms may be compact, but they have everything you need for comfort.

It was a fitting option for a brief visit in Genoa, great for the money. The hotel was very quiet, which helped after a long day exploring. Try to take advantage of the nearby transport to easily reach attractions.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and very willing to help you out. I particularly like the location because it is not bang in the middle of the areas of interest, which helps you sleep properly without being disturbed by street noise. At the same time, it is quite easily walkable to all the central areas. The bus from the Principe train station also stops very close to the hotel, thus saving expensive taxi rides. The rooms are very nice and I was very happy that they had free Wi-Fi as well (you will have to ask for access at the reception by the way).
