The location of NH Genova Centro is perfect for exploring the city. It’s a short walk to the old town and Piazza Principe station, making it easy to travel around. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, which was kept spotless throughout my stay. The continental breakfast had a good variety, helped kick off my day of sightseeing. However, the room felt quite compact, and the shower was tricky to access. There was noticeable street noise and disturbances from the hotel itself at night, which affected sleep quality. I also encountered an issue with the bathroom door not opening fully due to the toilet placement. They should address the soundproofing for better comfort.

I give 10 / 10 with pleasure. The staff has been so thoughtful. I was given a great family room with excellent amenities. I have rested like I never did in a year, and my kids slept comfortably in separate beds. Everything was perfect as I entered the room. 😄
